This annatto is in a highly concentrated form and is packed in special 'dropper' bottles for accurate dosing.

Ascott Cheesewax is suitable for most types of hard cheeses. Use translucent wax for the first coat, as coloured wax used for the first coat may be uneven and look mottled. It is best to use 2 thin coats than one thick.

The new way to protect your cheese yet still allow it to breathe. Simply paint the coating over the top and sides of the cheese, allow to dry and then paint the base. Build up a numbers of layers as required.
